Rimma Zyubina will talk about her recent leading role in the film “The Nest of the Turtledove” (2016) where she played Daryna, a Ukrainian woman returning home after several years of working illegally in Italy. She twice won the most prestigious theatrical prize in Ukraine “Kyiv Pectoral” (1993) for her roles as Sonya in Chekhov’s “Uncle Vanya” and as Tanya in Hlovatsky’s “The Fourth Sister” (2007).

In 2016, at the 65th International Film Festival in Mannheim-Heidelberg, Germany, she received a “Special Award” for her unrivalled performance in the role of Daryna in “The Nest of the Turtledove” directed by Taras Tkachenko.
